摘要
目的识别某铝镁合金厂建设项目工作场所产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度以及对劳动者健康的影响,评价其职业病危害防护措施及运行效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护要求。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,现场检测与实验室分析,职业健康检查等方法收集资料,结合检查表分析法和职业病防护设施,个人使用的职业病防护用品进行定性定量分析与评价。结果检测24个粉尘点,1个作业点不合格;检测123个化学有害因素作业点,合格率为100%;在62个物理因素作业点的测量中,其中有43个点的噪声强度8 h等效声级2个点超标;有13个产生高温危害的岗位WBGT指数10个点超标;物理因素合格率为81%。结论该项目风险分类为职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强工作场所职业病防护设施的维护检修和管理,确保正常有效运行;加强职业健康监护,提高劳动者自我防护意识,健全和完善职业卫生管理档案资料。
Objective To identify occupational risk factors existed in the aluminum magnesium alloy factory, analyze the hazard degree and influence on the laborers'health, evaluate its effect of occupational hazard protective measures and opera- tion, put forward the key control points of occupational disease hazards and protection requirements. Methods Data was collected by the methods of occupational field investigation, field test and laboratory analysis and occupational health exami- nation, analysis method combined with the checklist and the occupational prevention facilities, individual articles on quali- tative and quantitative evaluation. Results 24 dust points were monitored , and one operating point was unqualified; 123 chemical risk factors operating points were detected , and qualified rate wasl00% ; 62 physical factors operating points were measured, 2 noise points didn' t accord with the requirement of national standards in 43 points , 10 of 13 high temperature posts exceeded allowable limits of national standards ; qualified rate of physical factors was 81%. Conclusion The project is the serious occupational risk project, and the maintenance and management of occupational prevention facilities in the workplace should be strengthened to ensure its effective running. Meanwhile, the occupational health surveillance should be strengthened and laborers' self protection consciousness should be improved , the occupational health management archives should be perfected.
