摘要 以7A04铝合金接头零件为研究对象,基于DEFORM-3D数值模拟技术,研究其等温锻造成形工艺,介绍了接头的成形过程,探讨了金属流动的特点。说明了模拟结果中的载荷、变形均匀性及场流情况。最后采用物理实验的方法对成形的工艺参数进行研究并研制出满足要求的锻件产品。研究结果表明:数值模拟的结果与实际物理实验的结果吻合度高。 The isothermal forging process of the 7A04 aluminum alloy joint component is investigated by both the numerical simulation technology with DEFORM-3D and the physical experiment. The forming process of the component is introduced and explained. The metal flow characteristics are researched and discussed. According to the simulation results, the forming force, the uniformity of the deformation and the field flow are revealed and explained. The physical experiments are conducted to research the process parameters too, and the forging component meeting the requirements is produced. It shows that the results of the numerical simulation and the practical physical experiment are in good consistence with each other.
