摘要
针对现行数字太阳敏感器光学系统的光学材料抗辐照能力不足影响产品寿命,提出在高纯石英玻璃表面加镀高截止深度的截紫外膜取代现役耐辐照石英玻璃。研究了高纯玻璃加镀截紫外膜的方案设计、工艺实现和电离总剂量抗耐辐照试验等。该方法使太敏的光学系统抗辐照能力达到15a寿命的设计指标要求,即在满足可见光波段高透过率的同时紫外波段的透过率低于1%,有效提高了太敏的抗辐照能力。
The decline to reliability of digital sun sensor optical system due to the lack of anti-radiation of optical material has been solved. The high filtrated ultraviolet film plated on the high purity quartz glass is proposed instead of mixed anti-radiation quartz glass in this paper. The design, process and particle radiation experiment are studied. The anti-radiation characteristic for digital sun sensor system can reach the design demand for 15 years life time. The transmittance for visible wave band of high filtrated ultraviolet film plated on high purity quartz glass is high and the transmittance for UV wave band is below 1%. Therefore it can improve the anti-radiation characteristic for sun sensor.
