摘要
针对"多品种、小批量、多漆料"的喷涂生产实际,设计了全自动柔性喷涂生产线系统,引进了全自动喷漆机器人,设计了全自动喷漆输送线,并对喷漆厂房进行了改造。通过设计全自动柔性喷漆生产线系统解决了生产瓶颈环节,节约了生产成本,提升了零件表面喷涂质量,同时提高了批量零件的喷涂效率。
Aiming at the spray-painting actuality of mult-variety, small-batch and mult-lacquer, an automatic flexible spray-painting product line system was designed. Auto-painting robot, auto-transferring line and painting workshop rebuilding were introduced and designed. The automatic flexible spray-painting product line solves the product bottleneck link, saves manufacture profile, and improves workpiece＇s surface painting quality. Simultaneously, the manufacture efficiency of batch workshop was increased.
