摘要
分析了45钢出现淬火裂纹的问题,发现产生淬火裂纹的原因是由于处于45钢淬火开裂的危险尺寸范围。通过工艺试验得到水淬2~4s油冷及770~775℃亚温淬火(水淬)的热处理工艺方案,可有效避免45钢淬火开裂。
The quenching crack of 45 steel is analyzed and the quenching reason is the risk scope of quenching crack of 45 steel. Through the process test, it is found that heat treatment process scheme of water (2-4s) -oil quenching and subcritical quenching at 770~775℃ can effectively avoid quenching crack of 45 steel.
