南海红树林内生真菌Sk-3代谢产物研究

摘要 研究南海红树林内生真菌Sk-3的代谢产物,采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。从南海红树林内生真菌Sk-3的菌体中分离得到4个代谢产物。经波谱解析,分别为3-(羟甲基)-6,8-二甲氧基香豆素(1),4-(Hydroxymethyl)-7-methoxy-6-methyl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone(2),环(苯丙-苯丙)二肽(3),环(苯丙-酪)肽(4)。所有化合物均首次从南海红树林内生真菌Sk-3中分离得到。 Secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus No. Sk-3 from the south China sea was studied. The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basia of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Four metabolites were obtained and elucidated: 3-(hydroxymethyl)-6,8-dimthoxy-2H-chromen-2-one(1), 4-(Hydroxymethyl)-7-methoxy-6-methyl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone(2), [cyclo-(Phe-phe)(3), cy lo( Phe-Tyr)(4). The four metabolites were obtained from endophytic fungus No. Sk-3 for the first time.
