摘要
目的探讨血清氮末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)和心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)联合检测在心力衰竭诊断中的价值。方法应用Roche Cobase411电化学发光分析仪和Beckman DXI-800全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测93例心衰患者和45例健康体检者血清NT-pro BNP和c Tn I水平。采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果心衰组NT-pro BNP和c Tn I平均水平和阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;心衰组NT-pro BNP和c Tn I联合检测的阳性率明显比单独检测的阳性率高(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;NT-pro BNP和c Tn I联合检测的灵敏度远高于单项检测(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论联合检测血清NT-pro BNP和c Tn I水平可以指导临床更好的诊断和排除心力衰竭。
Objective To investigate the serum N- terminal brain natriuretic peptide（ NT- pro BNP） and cardiac troponin I（ c Tn I） combined diagnostic value of heart failure. Methods 93 cases of heart failure patients and 45 healthy subjects were tested the serum NT- pro BNP and c Tn I levels by Cobase411 electrochemiluminescence analyzer and DXI- 800 automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. SPSS17. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The average level of NT- pro BNP and c Tn I positive rate of the heart failure group was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the difference was statistically significant; the positive rate of NT- pro BNP by combined detection were significantly higher than c Tn I testing alone（ P〈0. 01）,and the difference was statistically significant; the joint detection sensitivity is much higher than single test（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The combined detection of serum NT- pro BNP and c Tn I levels can better guide clinical diagnosis and rule out heart failure.
