摘要
柔性盘作为自动变速器的重要组成部分,其减振性能的优劣不仅关系到传动系统的刚度强度性能,而且还影响整车的行驶平顺性。目前,国内针对自动变速器柔性盘的设计开发尚处于空白状态,急需在这领域进行相关研究工作。本文基于双离合器式变速器,设计开发了一套匹配发动机前置后驱C级轿车的柔性盘。在开发过程中对柔性盘进行了振动强度仿真分析计算,其中包括机构的轴向刚度计算分析和周向强度校核分析,并针对选用不同柔性盘盘体形状方案对减振效果进行了仿真对比计算,根据计算结果对柔性盘盘体形状进行了优化设计。
Flexible disk is as an important part of the automatm transmission, its cramping periormance wm not only affect the stiffness and intensity of the transmission system, but also affect the ride performance of the vehicle. At present, the domestic design and development of the flexible disk for the transmission is still placed in blank appearance, it is urgent to do research in this field. Based on the double clutch transmis- sion, a set of flexible disk matching front-engine and rear-drive C class car has been designed and developed. During the development of the flexible disk, the simulation analysis and calculation of the vibration intensity have been done, including the calculation of the axial stiffness and the check analysis of the circumferential intensity, and aiming at the different body shapes scheme of the flexible disk, the simulation and compari- son of the damping effect have been done as well, according to the simulation results, a flexible disk plate body shape has been optimized
