血液病患者中性粒细胞吞墨试验76例观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON INGESTED INK OF NEUTROPHIL IN PATIENTS WITH HEMATOLOGIC DISORDERS

本文报告了42例白血病及34例其他血液病患者中性粒细胞吞墨试验结果,并以35例正常人作为对照.35例正常人中性粒细胞平均吞噬率及吞噬指数为69±7及152±20,而42例白血病患者为42±13及85±31,后者明显低于前者(P<0.001).再障、其他贫血、血小板减少症等34例共吞噬率及吞噬指数均低于正常,尤以再障明显(P<0.001).由34例患者检测IgG、C_3结果推测这些患者吞噬功能异常似乎与IgG和(或)C_3降低有关.

This paper reports an experimental observation on ingested ink of neutrophil in 42 caces of leukemias, and 34 cases of other hematologic disorders, with 35 normal subjects in controls. The mean values of the ingested rate and index of neuirophil in 35 normal persons were 69±7 and 152±20 respectively, whereas they were 42 ± 13 and 85±31 in 42 leukemic patients. There was a significant diffcrnce between them (p<0.00l). The ingested rate and index of neutrophil in aplastic anemia appeared to be lower than that of common anemia and thrombopenia. Among the 34 hematologic disorders, the abnormal phygocytosis of neutrophil may be related with the decrease in IgG and/or in C3.
