摘要
本文介绍采用北京太平洋生物技术公司出品的,由中日友好临床医学研究所所提供的早孕酶免疫目力测定盒,快速定性测定尿或血清中的人绒毛膜促性腺激素。用于早孕和宫外孕的诊断及对葡萄胎,绒癌治疗后的追踪检测,并与其他免疫诊断法进行比较,发现本实验操作简便,灵敏度高,适于临床推广,对宫外孕的辅助诊断尤其有价值。
In this paper,rapid determination of HCG in urine by visual kit of monoclonal-based enzyme immunoassay is introduced. It is applicable to diagnosing very early pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy, and to tracely test in the treatment of hydatidiform mole and choriomepithe-lima. It has been shown that the visual kit has many merits, such as simple operation, short duration (within 30 min) of testing and high sensitivity. It is ready for widespread use in clinical practice.
