摘要
针对传统的宿舍楼道及楼梯间清扫人力投入多、工作效率低等问题,设计研发了滚轮式楼道清扫小车。该清扫小车主要由吸尘系统、减速系统和拖地系统等组成。采用除尘机构与拖扫机构联合作业的清扫一体化技术,该小车可一次完成除尘、垃圾收集、地面清洗等工序。楼道试验结果表明:在尘土与小颗粒覆盖量为0.05~0.10 kg/m^2情况下,滚轮式楼道清扫小车在清扫宽度与幅度范围内,清洁率为95%,符合最初的设计要求。
To solve the cleaning problem of dormitory corridor and stair well,such as more manpower and low working efficiency,the roller corridor cleaning car was designed. Roller corridor cleaning car was mainly composed of vacuam system,deceleration system and mopping the floor system,etc. Through technology integration of the dust removal mechanism associated with scanning mechanism,the car could finish all the process of dusting,garbage collection and ground cleaning in one time. The experimental results of corridor show that when the coverage of dust and small particles is 0. 05 ~ 0. 10 kg / m^2,the cleaning rate of the roller corridor cleaning car is 95% in the width and amplitude range of sweeping,which meets the design requirements.
