混凝-芬顿联合预处理煤化工废水分析 被引量:11

摘要 以煤化工废水为研究对象,采用聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)混凝和芬顿高级氧化两种工艺对其进行预处理,利用正交试验探讨了混凝与芬顿氧化反应各因素对煤化工废水预处理效果的影响。研究结果表明:先投加聚合氯化铝铁絮凝反应18 min后,静止沉淀30 min,然后投加芬顿试剂反应2 h,能够获得较好的化学需氧量(COD)预处理效果。其最优条件为:混凝p H=3.5,聚合氯化铝铁投加量为400 mg/L,n(H_2O_2)/n(COD)的值为1.25,n(Fe2+)/n(H_2O_2)的值为1.00。 Taking coal chemical wastewater as the research object,Fenton oxidation cooperated with poly aluminium ferrum chloride( PAFC) coagulation was used to treat it. The influence factors of coagulation and Fenton oxidation on coal chemical wastewater treatment were discussed via the orthogonal experiment. The results show that a good effect on chemical oxygen demand( COD) treatment can be got through the following process. Firstly,the PAFC was added to realize the flocculation reaction for 18 min and kept static precipitation for 30 min,then the Fenton reagent was added to reaction for 2 h. The optimal reaction conditions of Fenton oxidation cooperated with PAFC coagulation are that coagulation p H is 3. 5,the operating dosage of PAFC is400 mg / L,n( H_2O_2) /n( COD) is 1. 25 and n( Fe^(2 +)) /n( H_2O_2) is 1. 00.
