北京市某区3501名事业单位职工超重、肥胖与甘油三酯的相关性分析

Correlation analysis on the overweight/obesity and triglycerides in 3 501 institutions＇ staff in a district of Beijing

目的了解北京市某区事业单位职工超重、肥胖的流行现状，探讨体重指数、腰围、年龄、性别与甘油三酯的关系。方法以2014年3～5月在该区健康体检中心进行体检的该区事业单位3501名职工为研究对象，对体检调查人员测量身高，体重，腰围，甘油三酯（TG），计算体重指数（BMI），对组间甘油三酯的相关因素进行学分析。结果北京市某区事业单位职员的男女肥胖率分别为16．96％、11．07％（X^2=57．31，P=0．000），超重率分别为37．91％、30．57％（X^2=32．12，P=0．003），肥胖组及超重组甘油三酯明显高于正常组，多因素回归分析结果显示甘油三酯（对数）与BMI、年龄、性别的相关性均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但与腰围相关性无统计学意义。结论该区事业单位职员人群超重率、肥胖率较高；BMI、年龄、性别对甘油三酯水平有影响，该区需要积极防治高甘油三酯血症，，应采取综合措施加大预防与控制力度。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of overweight and obesity among Staff in institutions in some district of Beijing,in order to study the correlation between Body mass index,Waist circumference, age, sex and Triglycerides. Methods Data of 3501 Staff in institutions that was taken from health examination center of the district during March, 2014 to May, 2014 were collected and analyzed. Results Based on the data of 3501 staff in institutions, the prevalence rate of obesity for male and female were 16.96 % and 11.07 % （X2=57.31 ,P=0.000）, the prevalence rate of overweight for male and female were 37.91% and 30.57 %（X2=32.12,P=0.003 ）, The detection rate of Overweight and obesity increased with the BMI, and the differences of them were significant between different genders.After the Log transformation of Triglyeerides, multinomial regression analysis indicated that the triglycerides （log） have significant correlation with BMI, age and sex （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The overweight and obesity condition of Staff in institutions has become prevalent.BMI, age, and sex can affect the level of TG, Comprehensive methods should be developed for its control and prevention.
