优化无机复合烧结页岩空心砖性能的分析 被引量:2

摘要 综合应用有限容积法和有限元法,计算了无机复合烧结页岩空心砖(复合砖)的三维传热和力学性能,分析了孔内辐射、孔排数、保温浆料及页岩导热系数的变化对复合砖当量导热系数的影响.结果表明:计算时不能忽略孔内辐射对复合砖当量导热系数的影响;复合砖当量导热系数与保温浆料导热系数近似呈线性关系;在现有工艺条件下,增加孔排数的主要意义在于强化复合砖的力学性能,而对其热工性能的改善效果很小.通过优化工艺条件(加大复合砖尺寸(即砌块化)和增加孔数、孔排数)所制得的Ⅶ型砖的当量导热系数(考虑计算误差)约为0.200 W/(m·K),砌体的传热系数约为0.718W/(m2·K),强度等级为MU3.5,具有良好的热工性能和力学性能.Ⅶ型砖的当量导热系数与页岩导热系数近似呈线性关系,这为进一步优化Ⅶ型砖的热工性能提供了定量化思路. Based on the finite volume method(FVM) and finite element method(FEM), the three-dimen sional heat transfer and mechanical properties of the inorganic composite sintered shale hollow brick were calculated. And the influence of hole radiation, number of hole rows, thermal conductivities of insulation mortar and shale on the equivalent thermal conductivity of inorganic composite sintered shale hollow brick were investigated. Result shows, the effect of hole radiation on the equivalent thermal conductivily shouldn't been ignored the equivalent thermal conductivity of composite brick is linearly related to the thermal conductivity of insulation mortar the main significance of increasing number of hole rows is to strengthen its mechanical properties, but it has little effect on improving its thermal performance in the ex isting crafts conditions. The equivalent thermal conductivity of brick, provided by increasing the com- posite brick size and the number of holes and hole rows, is about 0. 200 W/(m · K), and the heat transfercoefficient is about 0. 718 W/(m2 · K), and the strength class is MU3.5. brick has good thermal prop- erties and mechanical properties. In addition, the study shows that the equivalent thermal conductivity of brick and the thermal conductivity of shale have approximately linear relationship. It provides a quanti- tative idea for further optimizing the thermal performance of V brick.
