高校党建工作考评体系治理现代化是高校落实质量党建、法治党建的核心要求,新时期高校党建工作考评体系治理现代化须着眼于时代发展背景,以全面推进依法治国为契机推进高校党建考评体系多层次、多领域依法治理。目前,高校党建考评体系中存在"无章程人治评估思维"突出、评估规则缺位、评估校标与党建工作内容契合度不高、评估手段与评估治理情景配置失衡的问题,可以以法治思维审视高校党建工作评估、以法治化方式构建高校党建工作考核的长效机制、以法治原则为指导创新高校党建自我评估体系来推进高校党建工作考评体系治理现代化的进程。

The modernization evaluation system of the universities＇ party construction management is the core of the quality of the party construction and party building by law. It can focus on development of the background in the new period. It can comprehensively promote party construction as an opportunity for multi- level and multi- field governance according to the law. At present,the party construction of the university evaluation system exists ＂no rule for people thinking＂and ＂absence＂,school evaluation standard is not fit for the the party construction co method is not correct. Evaluation method is not fit for the evaluation management scenarios. It can form mind of the law to think the assessment of the party construction. It can be guided by the principle of the rule of law,then the innovation in high self- assessment system can promote the modernization of the party construction and evaluation system in universities.
