摘要
该选煤厂钢筋混凝土皮带走廊结构在长期的使用过程中,发现其主要支撑构件出现混凝土保护层脱落和漏筋现象,同时结构在长期高频振动荷载的作用下需要对其安全可靠性进行检测与鉴定。按照现行规范的要求对皮带走廊内部桁架腹杆和支撑等主要受力构件的表观质量和裂缝、构件的混凝土碳化深度和强度、钢筋锈蚀率、钢筋分布间距和保护层厚度等分别进行检测,根据检测结果确定该结构的可靠性等级为3级。最后,在综合所有测试结果的基础上,对皮带走廊及主要支撑结构提出了加固意见,并建议进行定期跟踪与测试。
The fallings off of reinforced concrete cover and corrosions of reinforced bar are located on the main support components of the reinforced concrete belt passageway.Meanwhile,the structure has long been used under the condition of high frequency vibration load.So,the current safety reliability needs to be detected and identified.It is carried out that the respective tests on the apparent quality and cracks of main bearing members,concrete carbonization and the strength of construction members,steel corrosion ratio,reinforced bar distribution and thickness of the protective layer.Then,the safety of the structure was reevaluated according to the test results,and reliability level is classified as level three according to the current specifications.Finally,the repair and reinforcement scheme on the belt passageway and main bracing structure are proposed on the basis of all test results.At the same time,the project should be regular tracked and tested.
