安徽沿江地区高液限黏土路基填料施工工艺探索

摘要 高液限黏土用于路基填料,常采用改良处理,但在施工过程中半干固态状态下的高液限黏土强度高,土块表面干硬,内部含水量偏大,不易破碎压实,易导致掺改良剂拌合不均。碾压成型后,表面失水开裂,增加施工难度。根据省内外高液限黏土用于路堤填筑的施工经验,提出合理的施工工艺处理办法。该法节省了施工成本、缩短施工工期,并为同类工程设计、施工提供了有价值的参考。 High liquid limit clay for subgrade filling,often using a modified treatment,but in the construction process of semi dry solid state high liquid clay strength high limit,the clods of the soil surface is dry and hard,internal moisture content is too large and not easily broken,compaction,easily lead to uneven mixing of doped improver.Compacted by roller,surface water loss and cracking,increasing the difficulty of construction.According to the construction experience of high liquid limit clay used in subgrade construction,this paper puts forward reasonable construction technology,saves construction cost and shortens construction period,and provides reference experience for similar engineering design and construction.
