编者按:《中国观赏石协会"十三五"时期发展规划纲要(意见稿)》提出"创新促进观赏石文化产业发展","贯彻发展新理念,积极适应新常态",面对广大民众的新需求,拓展赏石文化产业发展新空间;顺应消费,朝着智能、绿色、健康方向转变,培育赏石文化产业发展的新增长点;推进赏石文化产业结构优化升级,构建新业态模式。自本期始,本刊将策划"观赏石+"专题。
