摘要
为解决装配式建筑工程施工招标评标方法不同于现浇式建筑工程施工招标评标方法的问题,阐述了装配式建筑在施工方案和工程量清单列项方面的特点,分析了装配式建筑工程施工招标评标中存在项目实施过程随意性大、投标人投标报价虚高、综合单价准确性差及投标规范性差等问题,提出了适用于装配式建筑的招标评标方法-两阶段评标法,并建立了基于AHP的评标模型,结合实际案例进行应用分析,意为今后装配式建筑工程施工招标评标提供理论依据。
To find a better tender evaluation method for prefabricated construction projects, the paper expounded the prefabricated construction in the aspects of construction scheme and column items according to the list of quantities; analyzed the tender evaluation problems in prefabricated construction projects：arbitrariness is big,the price is artificially high,comprehensive unit price accuracy is poor and tender normative is poor such as difference of normative. The paper put forward a suitable tender evaluation method for prefabricated construction projects. The method is proposed based on AHP combining with the application analysis of actual cases. It provided a theoretical basis for tender evaluation for prefabricated construction projects.
