QLQ—C30量表在痔病TST术后患者生活质量评价中的应用

QLQ-C30 Scale to Assess the Quality of Life in Postoperative Patients with Hemorrhoids Undergoing TST

为探讨分析生命质量核心量表（QLQ-C30）在痔病TST术后患者生活质量评价中的应用，使用QLQ-C30量表和一般情况问卷收集获得痔病TsT术后患者生活质量得分及其影响因素，然后利用克朗巴赫系数、相关系数、探索性因子分析观察量表的信度和效度，利用t检验、方差分析比较不同患者近、远期的生活质量得分。结果显示，QLQ-C30量表各项目的克朗巴赫系数值均在0．700以上，两次测量的相关系数均在0．695以上，提取的公因子及各条目在公因子上的最大载荷值分布与问卷结构相一致。性别、年龄、术后护理状况对TST术后患者生活质量得分的影响有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，应用QLQ-C30量表评价TST术后患者生活质量具有较好的信度和效度，还可利用QLQ-C30量表分析获得不同因素对患者生活质量的影响，从而有助于指导临床治疗，保障痔TST术后患者的生活质量。

To explore and analysis of QLQ-C30scale to assess the quality of life （QOL）in postoperative pa- tients with hemorrhoids undergoing TST.QLQ-C30 scale and questionnaire were used to collect the score of QOL in postoperative patients with hemorrhoids undergoing TST and its influencing factors,then Cron- bach＇a,correlation coefficient and exploratory factor analysis were used to observe the reliability and validi- ty of the scale.T-test and analysis of variance were used to compare the short- and long- term scores of dif- ferent patients QOL.The results showed that all cronbach＇a coefficient values were above 0.700 in QLQ- C30scale,and the correlation coefficients of two measurements were above 0.695.The extracted common factors and the distribution of the maximum load of all items on common factors were consistent with the structure of the questionnaire.Gender,age and postoperative nursing showed statistically significant influ- ence on the score of QOL in postoperative patients receiving TST （P 〈0.05）.The results showed that QLQ-C30scale is of high reliability and validity to assess the QOL in postoperative patients with hemor- rhoids undergoing TST;it is also helpful to the analysis of the effect of different factors on QOL of pa- tients,and thus helps to guide clinical treatment and to ensure the QOL of patients.
