高位悬吊保留齿状线分段外剥内扎缝合术治疗环状混合痔疗效观察

High Suspension, Dentate Line-reserved,Segmental External Dissection and Internal Ligation Suture for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察高位悬吊、保留齿状线、分段外剥内扎缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效和安全性，将环状混合痔患者1000例采用高位悬吊、保留齿状线、分段外剥内扎缝合术治疗，结果显示，治愈989例，显效11例。疗程17～25d。随访2．5～3．0年，无复发。结果表明，该术式治疗环状混合痔可一次完成，且费用低，术后恢复快，肛门外观平整，无肛管移位、黏膜外翻、肛门溢液和肛门、直肠狭窄等并发症和后遗症。

To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of high suspension, dentate line-reserved, segmental external dissection and internal ligation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,the 1000 cases of circumfer- ential mixed hemorrhoids received high suspension, dentate line-reserved, segmental external dissection and internal ligation suture. The results showed that 989 cases got cured, 11 cases improved. The treatment course lasted 17-25 d.After a 2.5-3.0 year follow-up,no cases relapsed.It is concluded that this surgical pro- cedure can cure circumferential mixed hemorrhoids for one-off time, with low lost, rapid recovery, smooth appearance of the anus,and had no anal canal shift, mucous eversion, anal polyrrhea, anal and rectal stric- ture, and other complications as well sequelae.
