中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎34例临床观察

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Ulcerative Colitis：Clinical Observation of 34 Cases

为观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的疗效，将68例UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例．治疗组采用西药口服结合中药口服、保留灌肠治疗，对照组给予单纯西药治疗。两组均治疗12周观察疗效。结果显示，治疗组总有效率91．2％，对照组总有效率64．7％；治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，中西医结合治疗UC疗效显著，不良反应少。

To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for ulcera- tive colitis（UC） ,the 68 cases of UC were randomly divided into treatment group an control group,34 cases for each group. Treatment group received oral traditional Chinese and western medicine and enema with traditional Chinese medicine.Control group alone received western medicine. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,then observed for clinical efficacy.The results showed that the total effective rate was 91.2% in treatment group,while 64.7% in control group,treatment group was superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is obvious effective for ulcerative colitis,with less adverse reactions.
