半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性功能性腹泻58例疗效观察

Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction for Functional Chronic Diarrhea：Effect Observation of 58 Cases

为观察半夏泻心汤加减口服治疗慢性功能性腹泻的临床疗效，将符合诊断的门诊患者88例分为两组，治疗组58例采用半夏泻心汤加减口服治疗；对照组30例采用口服复方地酚诺酯片治疗，均以6周为1个疗程，对照观察两组疗效。结果显示，治疗组治愈30例，有效23例，无效5例，总有效率91．4％，对照组治愈5例，有效14例，无效11例，总有效率63．3％。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，半夏泻心汤加减口服治疗慢性功能性腹泻疗效好。

To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction for functional chronic diar- rhea, 88 outpatients of functional chronic diarrhea were divided into two groups.Treatment group（ n = 58） received Banxia Xiexin decoction for oral administration, while control group（ n = 30） received oral com- pound diphenoxylate tablets.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks（one treatment course）,and then were compared for clinical efficacy.The results showed that in treatment group,30 cases got cured,23 cases im- proved,5 cases showed no response,the total effective rate was 91.4% ;in control group,5 cases got cured, 14 cases improved, 11 cases showed no response, the total effective rate was 63.3 %.The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that Banxia Xiexin decoction shows better efficacy for functional chronic diarrhea.
