皮下末梢神经离断术配合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗重度肛周湿疹62例

Interruption of Subcutaneous Nerve Endings Combined with Methylene Blue Local Block for 62 Cases of Severe Perianal Eczema

为观察皮下末梢神经离断术配合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗重度肛周湿疹的临床疗效，将112例重度肛周湿疹患者分为观察组62例和对照组50例，观察组采用皮下末梢神经离断术配合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗，对照组采用局部外涂肤痔清软膏治疗，两组均予皮肤康洗液坐浴，以2周为1个疗程。结果显示，观察组治愈率100％，对照组治愈率为78％，观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。术后6个月和12个月观察组复发率为4．8％和8％，均明显低于对照组的34．0％和58．0％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，皮下末梢神经离断术配合亚甲蓝局部封闭能提高重度肛周湿疹的临床疗效。

To observe the clinical efficacy of interruption of subcutaneous nerve endings combined with methylene blue local block for severe perianal eczema,the 112 cases of severe perianal eczema were divided into observation group（n =62） and control group（n =50）.Observation group received interruption of subcutaneous nerve endings combined with methylene blue local block, while control group received Fuzhiqing ointment for external application.Both groups received sitz bath with Pifukang lotion,one treat- ment course last 2 weeks. The results showed that the curative rate was 100% in observation group and 78% in the controls.Observation group was superior to control group in clinical efficacy（ P 〈0.05）.The re- currence rate was significantly lower in observation group than in the controls 6 months （4.8% vs 34.0%） and 12 months （8% vs 58.0%） after surgery（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that combined with methylene blue local block,interuption of subcutaneous nerve endings is of increase clinical efficacy for severe perianal eczema.
