周家村:开启“海洋材料”新时代

ZHOU JIACUN:LAUNCHING THE NEW AGE OF "MARINE MATERIAL"

花甲之年的周家村仍＂痴迷＂技术研究,来宁阳8年间,做了近万次试验,攻克了高品质纯壳聚糖纤维与制品产业化关键技术,获得美国、日本等5项国际发明专利,30多项国家专利,获得中国专利优秀奖,被评为山东省优秀工程师、泰安市优秀科技创新团队带头人。今年周家村入选国家科技部专家库和国家标准化科技专家库。

Though more than sixty years old,Zhou Jiacun is still 'obsessed' with technical research.During his stay in Ningyang for 8 years,Zhou has conducted nearly ten thousand experiments,and finally conquered the key technology of high-quality pure chitosan fiber and product industrialization,winning 5international patents for invention in the USA,Japan etc.,as well as over 30 national patents.This year,Zhou Jiacun was selected for the expert base of the Ministry of Science and Technology and standardization technology of China.After his retirement in 2004,Zhou Jiacun could not wait to buy all kinds of bottles and cans,get some shells of shrimps and crabs,and start his business in the extraction of chitosan fiber.The key technology of industrialized spinning is the preparation of spinning fluid.Having read a great many document references,Zhou learned from a foreign book about the deaeration theory of molten glass in high power binoculars used in WWII.Inspired by this,he set off on the path to improvement by adopting the separation in vacuum,scribe,dynamic and composite technology of deaeration,which has won the patent in USA,UK,Japan,South Korea and other nations.
