6月27日,亚洲首个真正意义上的集装箱全自动化码头落户青岛,其全部采用全自动化的设备和控制系统,建成后将减少人工约70%,提升作业效率约30%。 据了解,自2014年山东经信委发布《山东省信息化和工业化深度融合专项行动方案（2014-2018）年》以来山东推动全省信息化和工业化深度融合,推进工业转型升级、提质增效,机器换人正逐步完成。

On June 27 th,the first fullyautomated container wharf Asia-wide in the true sense was established in Qingdao.It has adopted the fully-automated equipments and controlling systems.Upon establishment,the staff will be reduced by 70%,and the work efficiency will be raised by 30%.Liu Zhibiao,president of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics,stated in a media interview that the industrial upgrading and expansion of job arrangement shall be considered when replacing man with machine.The self transformation and upgrading are required in both the manufacturing industry and the laborers.The automation of factory achieved upon 'replacing man with machine' has pointed out the future orientation of local transformation in Shandong manufacturing industry.Though problems still occur in 'replacing man with machine',the replacement of machine over man is a major tendency in the transformation of manufacturing industry.To build a smart factory such as Siemens electronic workshop,it requires the efficient collaboration of machine and man.There shall be no more problems like defective goods,closing down,waste and waiting,which is the ultimate objective for the manufacturing industry.
