紫苏籽提取物对蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期血液生理生化指标的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Perilla Frutescens Seed Extracts on Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Layers during the Late Laying Peak Period

摘要 试验选用产蛋率和体重等各项指标相近的48周龄海兰褐蛋鸡480只,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.01%、0.02%、0.03%的紫苏籽提取物,研究紫苏籽提取物对蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期血液生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:添加0.02%紫苏籽提取物与对照组相比可显著提高试验第30天蛋鸡血液中血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积(P〈0.05),对其他血常规指标均无显著影响(P〉0.05);与对照组相比,添加0.02%紫苏籽提取物可显著提高试验第30天蛋鸡血清中白蛋白含量(P〈0.05),添加0.03%紫苏籽提取物可显著提高试验第30天蛋鸡血糖含量(P〈0.05);添加紫苏籽提取物可显著降低第15天血清中总胆固醇含量(P〈0.05),血清中甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、尿酸含量有降低趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。日粮中添加0.01%~0.03%紫苏籽提取物有利于提高蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期造血功能和蛋白质代谢,并具有降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量以及护肝功效。 To investigate the effect of Perilla Frutescens seed extracts on blood physiological and biochemical indexes of the layer during the late laying peak period,480 48-week-old Hyline brown laying hens with the similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 6 replicates in each group and 20 hens in each replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet and the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.01%, 0. 02%, 0.03% of the Perilla Frutes cens seed extracts, respectively. The results showed that the supplementation of 0.02 % Perilla Frutescens seed extracts had significantly increased the contents of blood hemoglobin and packed red blood cells, and albumin on 30 d (P〈0.05), compared with the control group, but it did not significantly affect other rou tine blood indexes (P〉0.05). The diet supplemented with 0.02% Perilla Frutescens seed extracts had significantly increased the contents of serum albumin (P〈0.05) ,compared with the control group. The supplementation of 0. 03% Perilla Frutescens seed extracts had significantly increased the contents of blood-sugar (P〈0.05) on 30 d. Total cholesterol contents were found having significantly reduced (P〈 0.05) on 15d with the diet supplemented with 0.03% Perilla Frutescens seed extracts, while serum triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, uric acid content had a decreasing tendency, but the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). The research implies that the basal diet supplemented with 0.01% to 0.03%0 of Perilla Frutescens seed extracts could improve hematopoietic function and protein, lipid metabolism of the layer during late laying peak period.
