广西10种经济作物副产物营养价值分析 被引量:14

摘要 测定了广西部分经济作物副产物主要营养成分和矿质元素含量,并采用隶属函数法进行营养价值评价。结果表明:广西10种经济作物副产物主要营养成分含量为干物质11.07%~63.20%,粗蛋白3.75%~19.05%,中性洗涤纤维17.86%~63.16%,酸性洗涤纤维15.88%~50.30%,粗脂肪2.13%~6.46%,总能13.23~16.74MJ/kg,平均饲料相对值为73.22%~398.6%;矿质元素含量为钙0.02%~2.68%,磷0.05%~0.22%,铁97.50~3356.67mg/kg,锰18.79~682.47mg/kg,铜1.68~17.32mg/kg,锌7.68~60.17mg/kg。通过隶属函数法综合评价结果,本研究中经济作物副产物营养价值由低到高为:木薯渣〈甘蔗渣〈油菜秸秆〈甘蔗稍〈菠萝皮〈香蕉茎叶〈花生藤〈红薯藤〈香蕉皮〈桑叶。 Main nutritional components and mineral nutrient contents of some economic crops byproducts in Guangxi were determined to evaluate their nutritive value by the subordination function method. The results showed that the dry matter, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, ether extract, gross energy and average content of relative feed value of these economic crops byproducts respectively were 27.69% ,7.87% ,41.63%, 29.84% ,3.88% ,15.58MJ/kg and 150. 32%. The average content of mineral elements respectively were Ca 0.61%,P 0.13%,Fe 723. 18 mg/kg,Mn283.64 mg/kg,CuT. 29 mg/kg,Zn 23.3 mg/kg. According to the results from subordinate function values analysis, the nutritive value of these economic crops byproducts were lined as this sequence from low to high ascassava residue, sugarcane residue, rapeseed straw, sugarcane leaves, pineapple peel, banana stems and leaves, peanut vine, sweet potato vine, banana peel, mulberry leaves.
