江苏省地方猪种资源现状分析及保护利用

Status Quo,Protection and Utilization of Indigenous Pig Breeds in Jiangsu Province

随着人民生活水平的提高,风味品质俱佳的地方猪猪肉逐渐成为人们肉类消费的首选,各级政府和养猪企业对地方猪种资源也越来越重视。本文对丰富的江苏省地方猪种资源及其保护利用现状进行了分析,并提出了保护和开发利用的建议。

With the improving of people＇s living standard, the indigenous pork with well flavor and quality has gradually become the first choice for people＇s meat consumption. Meanwhile, indigenous pig breeds are attracting more attentions from governments at all levels as well as swine breeding companies. In this paper, the status quo, protection and utilization of indigenous pig breeds in Jiangsu province were analyzed. At last, suggestions for the protection and exploitation of indigenous pig breeds in Jiangsu prov ince were presented.
