加拿大外交部与国家海外利益保护被引量：3

摘要随着冷战后全球化进程的日益加剧,国家的海外利益保护越加成为各国对外政策的一个重要环节。在从事海外利益保护的众多行为体中,作为国家外交机构的外交部在本国海外利益的保护中扮演着举足轻重的角色。本文立足于考察加拿大外交部关于国家海外利益保护的理念及相关机制的建设,探索外交部与国家海外利益保护的路径选择与实施措施,指出"多边路径、多元措施"是加拿大外交部有效实现其海外利益保护的主要方式。
