温补脾肾法联合腹腔化疗治疗癌性腹水的临床研究

Clinical study of warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney combine with intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant ascites

目的:观察温补脾肾法联合腹腔化疗治疗癌性腹水的临床疗效。方法:将72例癌性腹水患者按照随机数原则分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组采用单纯腹腔灌注化疗,观察组在此基础上加用中医温补脾肾法。结果:2组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医温补脾肾法联合腹腔化疗在癌性腹水的治疗中具有较好疗效,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of warming and tonifying the Spleen and Kidney combine with intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant ascites. Methods： 72 cases of malignant ascites were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with spleen kidney method based on traditional Chinese medicine. Results： 2 groups had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the application of the traditional Chinese medicine warming spleen and kidney method combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant ascites has good curative effect, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
