摘要
目的:观察当归四逆汤加味对预防m FOLFOX6方案化疗后疲乏的作用。方法:将70例准备行m FOLFOX6方案化疗的消化系统恶性肿瘤患者按照随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组及治疗组均采用m FOLFOX62周方案进行化疗,治疗组在每程化疗前2天开始服当归四逆汤加味,每日1剂,连服5d。化疗前以及完成4、8、12周期化疗后1周采用Piper疲乏量表对2组患者的疲乏状况进行评价,并进行组间比较。结果:与对照组同期比较,治疗组在完成4、8、12周期化疗后的疲乏程度均较轻,差异均有统计学意义。结论:当归四逆汤加味能有效减少和减轻m FOLFOX6方案化疗后的疲乏。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of modified Dangguisini Tang for preventing cancer-related fatigue induced by mFOLFOX6 regimen. Methods：Seventy patients with malignant tumor of digestive system treated with mFOL- FOX6 regimen were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 35 in each group. The patients in the treatment group additionally received modified Danggui Sini Tang 2 days before chemotherapy with mFOLFOX6 regimen, once daily for 5 days. The incidence and severity of cancer-related fatigue were measured by Piper fatigue scale. Results： The degree of cancer-related fatigue was lessened in the treatment group by the end of the fourth cycle, the eighth cycle and the twelfth cycle, and showing statistical difference when compared with the control group. Conclusion： Modified Danggui Sini Tang is effective in preventing cancer-related fatigue induced by mFOLFOX6 regimen.
