中药穴位贴敷治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血清降钙素原水平的影响

The effect of acupoint sticking therapy on serum procalcitonin levels in treating the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血清降钙素原水平的影响。方法:入选60例AECOPD患者随机分成2组。治疗组30例采用中药穴位贴敷结合常规西医治疗,对照组30例采用常规西医治疗。观察指标为入院后第1,3,7天血清降钙素原水平(PCT)。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,2组入院第1天PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入院第3天、第7天PCT水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗能够使AECOPD患者血清降钙素原水平下降更迅速。

Objective： To investigate the effect of acupoint sticking therapy on serum procaleitonin levels in treating the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods： 60 cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=30） and the control group （n=30）, The treatment group acupoint sticking therapy combined with conventional Western medicine, Control group with conventional Western medicine. Serum procalcitonin levels （PCT） was observed in the lth,3th and 7th days after be admitted. The difference was not significant （P〉 0.05） between two groups in the first day after be admitted. The difference was statistically significant in the 3th and 7th days（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupoint sticking therapy can make serum procalcitonin levels of AECOPD decreased more rapidly.
