葡萄糖酸锌对轮状病毒腹泻患儿辅助治疗的疗效观察

Clinical effect of zinc gluconate on treatment of infant with rotavirus diarrhea

目的 研究分析葡萄糖酸锌对轮状病毒腹泻患儿的临床辅助治疗疗效.方法 将150例轮状病毒腹泻患儿随机分为两组,每组75例,对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组加葡萄糖酸锌口服液辅助治疗,分析两组患儿临床症状改善情况及住院时间、检测粪便中SIgA含量及观察不良反应发生.结果 两组患儿治疗后在呕吐改善时间、腹泻缓解时间、脱水纠正及住院时间均有显著性差异（P＜0.01）;对照组粪便中SIgA含量为（1873.2±231.7）mg/g,观察组粪便中SIgA含量为（2654.9±325.8） mg/g,两组之间有统计学差异（P＜0.01）;观察组临床治疗总有效率为88.0％,对照组总有效率为54.7％,两组之间有统计学差异性（x2=11.6578,P=0.0045）,且观察组未见不良反应发生.结论 葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗对轮状病毒腹泻患儿具有显著临床疗效,值得在临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of zinc gluconate on treatment of infant with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods 150 infants with rotavirus diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional foundation treatment, the observation group were given conventional foundation treatment joint the zinc gluconate.The clinical symptoms, the hospital stay length and the adverse reactions occurrence were analyzed.The SIgA in feces were detected.Results After treatment, vomiting improve time, relieve diarrhea time, dehydration correction time, hospitalization time had significant differences between two groups （P 〈0.01）.The SIgA content in feces of control group was （1873.2±231.7） mg/g, observation group was （2654.9 ±325.6） mg/g and there was significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.01）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%, control group was 54.7% and there was significant difference between two groups （x2 =11.6578, P =0.0045）.In addition, the observation group had no adverse reactions.Conclusions The adjuvant treatment of zinc gluconate could significantly improve the clinical efficacy on infant with rotavirus diarrhea and there was worth to clinical promotion.
