微波法提取青蒿中的青蒿素工艺的研究

摘要 试验以青蒿为原料,运用微波法提取技术研究了青蒿中青蒿素的提取工艺的优化。通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了微波功率、料液比、提取时间3个因素对青蒿素得率的影响,从而确定青蒿素的最佳的提取工艺条件为:提取时间为120s,料液比为1∶30,微波功率500W。在此条件下,青蒿中青蒿素得率为1.681%。 The optimum technological requirements of extracting artemisinin from artesunate were investigated. In the extraction, based on single factor and the orthogonal test, investigating microwave power, extracting time, the ratio of solid to liquid. So the best optimal levels for each variable to obtain the highest diameter of inhibition zones were as follows: the extracting time was 120 s, the microwave power was 500 W, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:30, under such condition, the extraction ratio of artemisinin was 1.681%.
