河北省工业行业发展对高职教育的诉求与满足分析——效率的视角

Analysis on the Request & Satisfaction of the Industrial Development in Hebei Province to Higher Vocational Education:In the view of Efficiency

通过测定河北省工业各行业效率状况及比较分析,发现河北省工业行业劳动贡献与资本贡献相比较低,不同行业劳动生产率存在差异。通过增加27个劳动生产率较低行业的有效劳动供给,可提升劳动要素的产出效率,促进河北省工业行业的内涵式增长。建立高职教育与行业人才供需预警互动机制、增加行业发展需要的技术技能人才培养、优化专业人才有效配置,是河北省高职教育满足工业发展对有效劳动力的诉求、促进工业行业的内涵式增长的有效路径。

According to the result of determination and analysis on the productivity of industrial sectors in Hebei Province, it shows that compairing with capital productivity, labor productivity is lower and there are some diffrences bettwen industrial sectors about productivity. Increasing effective supply of labor for the 27 lower-productivity industrial sectors will improve the productivity of labor element, and in turn promote the connotative growth of the industrial economy in Hebei Province. To establish the interaction mechanism of talents supply and demand, increase technical skilled talents training scale, and promote effetive allocation of technical skilled talents are the effetive routes to meet the demand of effective supply of labor for industrial developement of Hebei Province.
