广东农村土地流转前后农民收入的对比分析——以台山市为例

A Comparative Analysis of Farmers' Income before and after the Transfer of Rural Land in Guangdong :Taking Taishan City as an Example

为了研究农村土地流转对农民收入的影响,本文从国家发展农村的最新政策和研究区域台山市的实际情况出发,通过查阅台山市农村经济发展的相关统计数据,并结合研究样本区域的实际情况,设置、发放和回收相应的调查问卷,了解农村土地流转前后农民收入的变化情况。调查发现:土地流转可以增加台山市农民家庭人均纯收入,改善农民家庭收入构成,但台山市农村土地流转存在规模小、速度慢、形式单一等问题制约着该区域的土地流转,文中提出了相应的对策和建议。

In order to study the influence of the rural land circulation on farmers＇ income, this article first embarks from the latest policy of national development of the rural and the actual situation of the research area of Taishan, by checking the relative statistic data of the rural economic development, and combining the actual situation of the sample area, setting, distribution and recycling corresponding questionnaire, to understand the change of farmers＇ income before and after the rural land circulation. The survey found that： the land circulation can increase per capita net income of farmers in Taishan city, and improve the structure of farmers＇ income, but the rural land circulation in Taishan exists such problems as small scale, slow speed, single form. And these problems restrict the land circulation in the region, so this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
