高校研究生党支部建管模式研究——以安徽财经大学为例

Construction and Management Model of Postgraduate Party Branch in University:Taking Anhui University of Finance & Economics for Example

本文以安徽财经大学党建工作为立足点,运用定性结合定量的方法,通过问卷调查法、统计法、比率法分析了在新形势下研究生对研究生党支部的满意度,结果表明满意程度较低,在此基础上围绕我校研究生党支部建设与管理的影响因素展开深入探讨,得到了主要影响因素,并就此提出了相关政策建议。

In this paper, with the standpoint of Party building work in Anhui University of Finance Economics, the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the postgraduates′ satisfactions for the postgraduate Party branch in the new situation through questionnaires, statistics and ratio methods. The results show that the level of satisfaction is low. On this basis, this paper discusses the factors affecting the construction and management of postgraduate Party branch, then gets the main factors, and makes relevant policy recommendations.
