摘要
本文在对高职生创新能力定义的基础上,结合文献研究及专家访谈,提出了高职生创新能力构成指标,采用探索性因子分析对高职生创新能力构成进行了分析。研究结果表明:高职生创新能力由创新思维能力、创新智力化能力、知识结构、实践创新技能四方面构成。创新思维能力是创新能力的核心和关键,思维的变通性、独立思考、分析、判断问题能力、够用的专业知识及良好的沟通与交流能力等则是构成高职生创新能力二级指标中的核心与关键。
Based on the definition of vocational students′ innovation ability, combining with literature research and expert interviews,this paper proposed indicators of vocational students′ ability to innovate, used exploratory factor analysis to analyze college students′innovation ability constitute. The results showed that: vocational students′ innovation ability included creative thinking ability, innovation intelligence capabilities, knowledge structure and practical and innovative skills. Innovative thinking ability is the core and key of innovation ability and the flexibility of thinking, independent thinking, analysis and judgment ability, sufficient expertise and good ability to communicate and exchange constitute the core and key of the innovation capacity two indicators of vocational students.
