Caveolin-1和前列腺癌的研究进展

摘要 Caveolin-1(Cav-1)是位于细胞膜上的多功能蛋白,和Cavin-1共同构建烧瓶样小窝结构的外形。它能与多种信号蛋白结合,参与信号转导、包吞以及分子转运等作用,与众多恶性转变密切联系,比如细胞转化、肿瘤生长、血管生成、多药耐药、细胞生存、迁移、恶性转移等。目前研究显示Cav-1促进前列腺癌的发生、发展。本文通过分析现有发表的文献,对Cav-1成为前列腺癌靶向治疗的研究进展作一综述。 Caveolin-1 (Cav-1) is a multifunctional protein that participates in the formation of flask-shaped phenotype of caveolae with Cavin-1 on plasma membrane. It binds a multitude of signaling proteins and serves iraportant functions relating to signal transduction, endocytosis, transcytosis, and molecular transport, which play a vital role of multiple malignancy associated activities including cellular transformation, tumor growth, angiogenesis, multidrug resistance, cell survival, migration, and metastasis. Recent research shows Car-1 is known to promote the development and progression of prostate cancer (PCa). This review analyzes the available data sugges- ting Car-1 as targeted therapy for PCa.
