湖州市水库水源保护工作调查研究

Studies on water sources protection of reservoirs in Huzhou City

近年,浙江省湖州市创新水源保护工作机制,制定水源保护方案,出台水源保护办法,落实专项资金,狠抓污染源治理,开展水源地生态修复,全市大中型水库水源地生态环境不断改善,供水水质稳步提升。在总结湖州市水源管理工作的基础上,查找水源保护存在的问题,探讨提出下一步工作重点,以期为供水水库水源保护工作提供借鉴。

In order to improve ecological environment in water sources of large and medium reservoirs and quality of supplied water, working mechanisms for water sources protection and options are worked out in Huzhou City of Zhejiang Province, by means of issuing regulations of water sources protection and special funds for pollution control and ecological recovery of water sources area. Problems with water sources protection are investigated on the basis of summary of managerial experiences. Working focus in the next phase is also discussed, aiming at providing experiences to water sources protection of other reservoirs.
