摘要
在回顾分析甘肃省灌溉试验站网建设、运行管理、试验研究等方面的历程及现状的基础上,形成了阶段性的基本判断,探讨了灌溉试验存在的认识不足、资金欠缺、设备老旧、技术薄弱等现实问题,并提出了相关的对策和建议,旨在为甘肃省灌溉试验的发展提供借鉴。
Periodical results have been obtained through review of history stations in Gansu Province in terms of construction, operation and Examinations are made on weak points of the experiments and some awareness, lacking of technical forces and funds and aging of irrigation forward accordingly so as to draw lessons for irrigation development in the and current situation of irrigation experiment management and experimental researches. practical problems are found, such as low facilities.
