安徽沿淮农场农业涝灾成因和减灾措施思考

Reasoning of waterlogging disaster in farmland of Anhui along Huaihe River and elimination measures

2015年6月下旬安徽省沿淮地区普降暴雨,地处沿淮洼地的安徽省国有农场发生严重内涝,给农业造成很大损失。涝灾有其自然特点,如降雨量大;也有其他因素,如排涝能力不强、沟塘淤积调蓄能力下降、种植结构不合理等。通过对涝灾成因分析,探讨有效减灾措施,对减轻涝灾损失有一定借鉴意义。

In late June of 2015, severe rainstorms occurred in the areas along tbe Huaihe River in Anhui Province, resulting significant losses in agricultural production since farmland of state-owned farms located in low area were all damaged. The reasons of disaster are many such as heavy rainfall, low capability of drainage, low storage capacity of ditches and ponds and irrational plantation pattern. Elimination measures are proposed for loss reduction.
