Giving Full Play to the Role of a Professional Society to Facilitate the Reform and Development of Graduate Education

深化研究生教育综合改革,"专业学会"肩负着不可替代的责任和使命。本文介绍了中国学位与研究生教育学会人才选拔与评价委员会的理念宗旨、性质定位、特色优势,以及在服务研究生招生领域改革发展中的具体实践,探讨了学会应当如何适应改革形势,不断加强自身建设,提高研究与服务水平。

Deepening the reform of graduate education is an irreplaceable responsibility of professional societies. This paper de- scribes the purpose, positioning and special advantages of the Personnel Selection and Evaluation Committee （PSEC） of the Chinese Society of Academic Degrees and Graduate Education, including its practice in facilitating the reform and development of graduate enrollment. It also discusses how a professional society should adapt to the situation of reform, strengthen its own capacity building and raise the level of research and service.
