我国体育院校综合化发展现状与动因研究——组织社会学新制度主义理论的视角

Research on Status and Efficient Causes of Comprehensive Development of Chinese Physical Education Institutes: From the Viewpoint of New Institutionalism Theory of Sociology of Organizations

采用文献资料法、比较法、逻辑分析法等研究方法及运用组织社会学新制度主义理论对我国体育院校综合化发展现状及动因进行研究。目前,体育院校综合化发展主要有如下表现:设置非体育类专业,扩大办学规模;拓展学科门类,学科交叉融合日益显著;提高人才培养层次,积极开展科学研究等。体育院校综合化发展的动因在于寻求合法性机制,动力机制有3个,即强迫性机制、模仿机制及社会规范机制。

Research methods such as document analysis,comparison and logical analysis and new institutional theory of the sociology of organization are used to study the comprehensive development status and the efficient causes of Chinese physical education institutes. At present,the comprehensive development of the physical education institutes mainly includes the following aspects： to set up non- physical disciplines and specialties; to expand the school size; to develop disciplines,with a growing trend of multi- interdisciplinary subjects; to improve the talent training levels and to take an active part in scientific research. The efficient causes of the comprehensive development of the physical education institutes lie in the pursuit of legality mechanism. There such three dynamic mechanisms as coercive mechanism,imitation mechanism and social norm mechanism.
