摘要
对我国女子标枪全国锦标赛前6名运动员助跑最后4步进行生物力学分析,结果表明,后4步助跑速度没有体现出应有的水平,原因可能有:自身的速度能力不足;专项能力欠缺,有意识地控制了助跑速度;运动员在倒数第2步时出现了相对明显的速度下降;应该强调踝、膝关节积极地向前摆动,达到加大肢体动作幅度的技术效果。李玲蔚比赛中所表现出的运动学参数,基本上代表了我国女子标枪优秀运动员的技术特征,体现着标枪技术合理的动作结构。
Through biomechanics,analysis is made of the last running- up four steps by six top Chinese women Javelin athletes of national championships. The results show that after four steps of run- up speed does not reflect the due level. There may be reasons as that its speed ability is insufficient and being the special ability deficient,athletes consciously control the running speed,speed drops obviously among athletes in the last second step. Analysis of the last two step action structure characteristics show that the action structure of Li Ling-yu is in accordance with the technical requirement. So emphasis should be placed on the ankle,knee and actively pushed forward swing to increase the technical effect of limb movement amplitude. The research proved that in this competition,the kinematic parameters of Li Lingyu demonstrated,basically represents the technical characteristics of Chinese elite female javelin athletes,embodying the javelin movement reasonable structure.
