摘要 通过建立安全阀内部流道三维模型,利用ANSYS CFX进行有限元仿真分析,模拟出安全阀在整个动作过程中阀瓣所受升力的变化,确定其升力特性曲线。设计一种利用位移传感器和加速度传感器测量安全阀升力的试验方法,将试验结果与仿真分析结果相互验证,最终确定仿真分析结果的偏差值,从而指导安全阀的设计与优化。 Calculated the force of the disc that helping the disc rising during the w hole action of the safety valve by ANSYS CFX,achieved the curve of the lifting force. Designed a method to measure the lifting force of the safety valve by using displacement sensor and acceleration sensor. Compared the testing result and the calculating result,and achieved the error of CFX calculating method for providing guidance for designing and optimizing of the safety valve.
