摘要
采用Simulink/Stateflow搭建被控对象的模型和PID控制器,经系统建模、MIL仿真验证、数据定标、RTW代码生成、编译生成A2L和可执行的HEX(S19)文件进行PIL、HIL和台架测试,以达到设计要求的无超调,响应时间小于100 ms和静态误差范围在±0.075之内,证明基于模型的变结构PID可以兼顾系统在快速性和稳态精度等方面的要求。
This system adopts Simulink/Stateflow to develop controlled device and PID controller, in order to satisfy the design requirements ( including overshoot-free, response time are less than lOOms and static error is less than +0.075), we carried out PIL, HIL and bench test after all the preparations including modeling, MIL verification, data calibration, RTW code generation, and A2L & HEX(S19) generation. It has proved that model-based variable-structure PID can meet the requirements in terms of rapidity and stable state accuracy as well.
