摘要 目的分析肺癌脊柱骨转移患者ECT检查结果。方法选取600例行影像学检查的患者,主要是通过进行X线平片、CT扫描、磁共振(MRI)、放射性核素显像(ECT)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等多种检查方式的得以判断的,其中以ECT技术检查为主,分析检查结果。结果患者均表现为不同程度的疼痛,其中胸部疼痛患者所占比例最大。不同病理类型肺癌脊柱骨转移分布情况不同,部分患者出现多部位转移。结论采用ECT技术进行骨转移检查,敏感性高,利于患者的早期治疗。 Objective Analysis the results of ECT examination in patients with lung cancer with spinal metastases.MethodsSelected 600 cases adopt underwent imaging examination, mainly through the X-ray plain iflm, CT scan, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI ), radionuclide imaging (ECT), serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP), and other examination methods to determine, which is based on ECT technology. Analysis and inspection results. ResultsAll patients showed different degrees of pain, and chest pain patients accounted for the largest proportion. Different pathological types of lung cancer bone metastasis in different conditions. Some patients appear to have multiple metastases.Conclusion The use of ECT technology for bone metastasis, high sensitivity, is conducive to the early treatment of patients.
