Objective To investigate the influence of painless labor for the comprehensive state of delivery women and neonatus, in order to understand the clinical application value of painless labor. Methods Selected 100 delivery women from October 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital, were divided into the control group, normal spontaneous delivery group, and the observation group, painless labor group, by the differences of intervention methods, each group had 50 cases, the first and second stages of labor, pain degree, uroschesis rate, application rate of oxytocin, neonatal asphyxia rate, pain degree and body comprehensive stress state before and after the analgesia of two groups were compared. Results The ifrst and second stages of labor, pain degree and body comprehensive stress state before the analgesia, neonatal asphyxia rate of two groups,P〉0.05, had no difference satistically signiifcance, while the pain degree and body comprehensive stress state at different time after the analgesia were better than those of control group, but the uroschesis rate and application rate of oxytocin were higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, compared the evaluation indexes of two groups after the analgesia,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The influence of painless labor for the comprehensive state of delivery women are more active, and it has no bad influence for the neonatus, so it is more suitable to the eutocia puerpera.
